    Bradley is responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the business. He also serves on Old Mutual Investment Group’s Executive Committee. Bradley first joined Old Mutual in 1997. After conceptualising and starting OMSFIN, he left in 2000 to assume the role of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London. Three years later he rejoined Old Mutual as Executive Personal Assistant to Roddy Sparks, the then Managing Director of Old Mutual South Africa.

    Shaun leads a team responsible for the sourcing, assessment and investment of credit assets. Before joining OMSFIN in August 2008, Shaun was part of the Old Mutual Investment Group Credit Research Team. Prior to Old Mutual, Shaun worked as a Mezzanine Finance Transactor at Makalani. Shaun completed his articles in 2003 at Deloitte and remained with the firm for a further three years, where he was a Senior Manager in the Financial Institutions team and responsible for assessing the pricing, risk management and accounting treatment of financial instruments.

    Qualifications: BBusSc (ActSci); Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries; Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa; CFA® Charterholder

    Lance heads up a multidisciplinary team responsible for the management of a R60bn balance sheet. They are responsible for Guaranteed Product Development, Risk Consulting, Asset Liability Management Solutions, Credit Portfolio Management, Group Funding, Liquidity Management, Money Market and Scrip Lending.

    Prior to joining OMSFIN in June 2006 as a Junior Trader/Portfolio Manager, he worked for Old Mutual Healthcare where he was the Fund Actuary and consultant to several restricted membership medical schemes.

    Hannelie is responsible for risk management and governance aspects of the various risk management teams in the business, including market and liquidity risk, credit risk, capital and other governance matters.

    Hannelie joined the Old Mutual Group in 1998 as Financial Manager of the Old Mutual Namibia group of companies. After three years she moved to the Old Mutual Central Finance area as Group Financial Accountant responsible for regulatory and statutory reporting functions. In 2005, she joined OMSFIN as Chief Financial Officer and became Chief Operating Officer in 2008 before assuming her current broader risk and governance role in 2014.

    Munnik joined OMSFIN in 2004 and is responsible for Market Risk and Quantitative Development.

    His responsibilities include profit attribution, market risk management, quantitative development, and monitoring and reporting for activities in trading and portfolio management.

    Munnik joined Old Mutual Life Company of South Africa in 1993 and has worked across Actuarial Finance, Group Assurance and PFA.

    Gavin joined OMSFIN in 2010 and is responsible for evaluating, formulating and implementing OMSFIN’s business strategy and business development agenda. Gavin is a member of the executive committee and is accountable for overseeing OMSFIN’s key strategic initiatives, as well as developing new growth opportunities for the business and ensuring OMSFIN’s alignment across both the Old Mutual Investment Group and the wider Emerging Market business.

    Gavin spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley’s London office where he fulfilled the role of strategic business consultant, primarily for the fixed income and commodities business. Gavin was responsible for driving the delivery of several key strategic initiatives and was accountable for the facilitation of new business initiatives (“NBI”) for the European business.
