Tracey is tasked with developing and leading investment segment HR strategies and providing specific strategic and consultative deliveries related to people challenges that impact on the investments business. Additionally, she is responsible for identifying the medium and long term capabilities required to drive the business forward, across the functional areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, talent and succession planning, transformation, change management; organisational development, organisation design, culture and values development, leadership development and performance management.
Tracey pro-actively manages the people-related aspects of risk, regulations, compliance and ethics, and ensure alignment to the overall operating model of the OM Group.
She joined Old Mutual Investment Group in July 2007, from the OMSA business. Tracey has over 20 years’ experience within the OM Group, and her previous posts included heading up HR function for the Healthcare business, Employee Benefits, Unit Trusts and Corporate Segment areas. She was also Head of Strategy and High Performance for the OM Business School, and held group roles in the areas of organisation, leadership and team development.
